What an AMC covers
Planned visits through the year — cleaning, calibration, drum and roller checks — so faults are found before they stop a working day.
As many breakdown visits as the machine needs. Labour is covered; there is no per-visit charge to approve each time.
Contract customers sit at the front of the queue on every service route, with same-day attendance in Dubai and Sharjah.
Consumables and spares are quoted at agreed contract pricing, sourced through authorised channels for Canon, Konica Minolta, Kyocera, Ricoh and Sharp.
A simple record of every machine, visit and meter reading — useful when deciding which units to retire or replace with rentals.
If a repair needs workshop time, we can place a rental machine with you for the duration so the office keeps printing.
Rental or AMC — which one do you need?
Rental is the machine plus everything around it: hardware, toner, service and support on one monthly rate, with no asset on your books. AMC is service only, for offices that have already bought their printers and want professional cover instead of ad-hoc repair bills.
Many of our customers run both — AMC on the two copiers they own, rental on the extra units a new floor or project site needs.
Machines we maintain
A3 and A4 multifunction copiers, departmental laser printers, wide-format plotters in design and contracting offices, and high-volume mono units in accounts and logistics departments. If it is a business printer from a mainstream manufacturer, our engineers have worked on it.
